My cat likes me-but only sometimes
I have a cat who is going to be a four-year old soon. But until today, my cat and I havd maintained a weird relationship together.
Our family has some sort of a different relationship with our cat-something like a hierachy system (obviously, with our cat on top). She (my cat) likes my brother the best (she actively approaches him, purrs at him, cat loafes etc), then my dad (she literally makes biscuits every day-she has her schedule), then me, then mom (she treats her like a food giver-nothing else 😭🖐)
My cat usually avoids me. I have no idea why. She sometimes tap on my feet to play tag together and I comply because her attentiom to me is rare. She occasionally uses my bed to just lie down (shes actually lying next to me right now.) She sometimes approaches me while making those deep purring sounds and I pet her, she leaves satisfied 20 minutes later while I just stare longing at her. ㅠㅠ
What kind of things should i do to make her be more interested in me? Is she still in her teenager phase? Any advice on how to woe a cat?
