Where can I find this style in the UK?

I wouldn't usually post this, but I'm desperate and want to avoid travelling to Istanbul!
My sis is looking for this style of dress in the UK, but can only find it being available in Istanbul. Does anyone know if there are stockists in the UK who have something like this or similar? I've seen stuff on Etsy - but even that comes from Istanbul, so in that case she'd rather travel there and get it made to measure!
