Auto debit error
Hello!
My home credit account was in a auto debit payment. Due date ko kahapon and nag error ang auto debit nila. Nagbayad ako kahapon thru bdo but hanggang ngayon hindi pa nagrereflect sa hc app.
Supposedly last payment ko na sana and free na dapat yung last installment. Pero since hindi pa nagrereflect yung payment, na cancel yung free installment dapat. Nag email na ko sa hc and wala pa sila reply. Ano other options??
Diko din kasi sure if tama ba yung ginawa kong pagbayad sa bdo. But here is the receipt:
