Sieges on New Patch is Definitely An Experience

Since they fixed the bug that didn't make enemy armies disappear on retreating from a siege, I just went through defending a siege against the Khuzaits against the same town three times until the rest of the empire came to defeat the army (With a bit of cheese by damaging the battering ram and retreating until it can be broken with one catapult shot so they're forced to use the ladders).

On the downside it means I can't mass-imprison enemy rulers in one siege anymore, but on the other hand it definitely feels like a proper siege, beating back waves of attacks over multiple days instead of a single battle.

What counts as infantry for that one scout forest speed perk

I can't recall right now, im wasting time at work, but i know there's a scouting perk that reduces forest penalty if like 70% or so of your party is infantry, but is it infantry infantry or just noncavalry foot troop "infantry"

Edit: Did some rudimentary testing, archers and infantry both count for Forest Kin, so it's noncavalry foot troops.

What's a Good Attribute Spread

Like I know the answer's most likely going to be "Depends on what you want" and "Anything can be made to work" but what's something good to invest into otherwise?

For my next game I'm planning to build up to Cunning 3, Social 8, and I kind of want to try Intelligence 8, prioritizing:

Partners in Crime + One of the Family from Roguery 3 + 4 Focus Points

Immortal Charm + Ultimate Leader + Everything Has A Price from Social with 5 Focus Points in Each skill.

And Intelligence I want to play around with Minister of Health from Medicine because I feel like giving +50 health to troops is funny.

I'm just at a loss on how to spread Endurance and Vigor/Control, I do know you can get free stats from Athletics and Smithing, so that's another thing to worry about...

5 Endurance maybe?

Is Poros Outperforming in Early Game, or is This Normal For Towns

For context it's about 5-6 years into the game (Spring 1090) and I just reconquered the Town from the Western Empire and was given the Town as a vassal to the Southern Empire (They took over Poros early) and it's surprisingly a lot more income than I thought it would be? I was worried I'd have to run around a lot and stuff it full of money to get it stable but no it's doing pretty great.

Crazy that Canoros (The Horse village) is earning that much money though I wonder what commodity-producing villages earn the most taxes, maybe silver if not horses?

What do the Troop Trees from Tales From the Age of Men Look Like

I've always liked Lord of the Rings stuff on my medieval games, and I heard the mod mentioned in title was one and I was wondering if there was an easily available source that lists all the troop trees I could gander at before I commit to downloading it.

So How Tough Are Vlandians in Beta Right Now

I was thinking of doing a Nord game when I eventually get Warsails and figured it could be neat to go after Vlandia first and I remembered a beta patch note saying Battania got buffed and Vlandia got nerfed a bit so I'm wondering how they're performing on beta right now for those who are playing it.
