Just moved in, previously tenant had zippy fiber. Everything is still here and on.
Zippy said tech would need to come out. Not sure why, can’t they just turn it on there side? All equipment is here.
The tech was supposed be here today 1-5pm. Said he couldn’t make it as he needed to run a line, which isn’t true. The line is ran and has been working. Can someone help me please. I have an internet based business and I need internet asap. Thank you.
