I’ve had issues with red spots appearing on my penis head, wondering if anyone can advise. Seems like they come and go. Saw a doctor about it once and he thought it might be a fungal infection, I used an anti-fungal cream for awhile and they eventually went away, but I’m not sure if the cream is what healed it, and it seems to keep coming back. They seem more prevalent after sex or masturbation. I’m 32, think it’s unlikely to be an STD, only had 1 partner for the last 2+ years and we’ve both been tested. Any advice would be appreciated.
