Are people backing out of your lobby instead of readying up?

Do you have choke bombs equipped? If not, they're probably leaving for this reason. I bring choke bombs to put you out if you're on fire. You don't bring choke bombs to put your teammates out?

Everyone would love to take 3 traps or 3 shots in with them, but they don't because they're bringing chokes for you in case you get lit on fire.

Stop being selfish. Equip choke bombs.

Why do so many custom boards have this line drawn on the map? Should I do this for my copy?

I'm seeing this on a lot of videos and pics of peoples' boards but I can't find it explained in the rules nor in the videos themselves. What is this line meant to represent?

I have the 2019 version but haven't been able to play it yet. Should I do this to my board?
