Ropes end idk what to do anymore.
Im not begging for money or asking for jobs. I just need genuine advice. Im currently disabled, serious ankle injury i have an mri scheduled this morning. I can't work obviously. Disability said it could take up to 173 days to get approved thats if I even qualify. My wife is working, and has a job. The problem is it has unlimited unpaid time off. We have 2 kids and she has 2 from a previous marriage. She was going great working everyday until we just recently had our daughter. Now we're lucking if we even get 80 dollars a paycheck. Its a really really good job making more than when I working a power transformer factory. But obviously no money is coming in. But everytime its just something convenient to have to take off for. Yes im able to do alot around the house but the step kids are old enough to help me and its usually the reason she needs to take off. Whether its having to go get them early from there dad's, or someone's "sick" (definitely just wanting to skip school). I just dont know what I can do personally to bring money in. Everytime I bring it up its "ill work more next week" then when payday comes around we're still screwed. We haven't payed rent or our car payments in 2 months. Electric is in the red to be turned off. I can't even afford the 25 to get the paperwork I need for Disability printed off.
