Legit ba yung retirement fund sa Wells Fargo (at sa ibang company)?
Currently working here and mag 5 years na next month. Nag voluntary ako but apparently 50% din ng employer contribution is makuha ko if mag resign and I'm planning to na para mag focus sa business namin.
Unfortunately hindi super clear yung guidelines and even yung HR rep na nakausap ko. 🤣 So far ang nakuha ko lang na confirmation talaga is that it'll be a lump sum deposited after XX days. Pero meron din iilan kateam in the past na nagsabi na may kateam/kakilala sila na hindi daw nabigyan even if nag resign after 5 years since apparently dapat 5 years and 6 months pa bago umalis.
This question is directed to those who were previous WF employees and also others na may similar na benefit sa company nila.
The reason why I'm asking here kasi ako na lang natira sa wave namin sa lob and puro new hire kasama ko plus naka leave manager ko. Pasensya na hahahaha
