I don't understand why Redditors say its easy to get into a doctor appointment in America

It frustrates me how if you complain about the long wait times in American healthcare, people just attack you and say it's not true where I live. If that is the case, where the hell do you live? I want to know because I lived in cities like San Diego, Los Angeles, Austin, and Phoenix, and you have to wait 4+ months to get into a doctors appointment in all of those places. Is Los Angeles a very rural part of America? I want to know what is the magical city in America where people only have to wait a few weeks for a doctors appointment.
