I think this is the Agnes Dress from Free People (google says so). I am wondering if someone has a pattern for this or anything in this style with flowy/open waist but still giving a little shape to the body. I tried to find this pattern but nothing was exactly what I wanted :( If the sleeves and chest are different, that's okay too!
