I have lots of friends who are trans women. White or white adjacent too, which means they pass and I don't. Whenever I'm spiraling into dysphoria, I become very envious of them and hearing good news about their transitions legitimately sours my mood. I know it's very toxic behavior but idk how to stop it when they're my close friends (and my gf too tbh) so I have to hear about it constantly sometimes.

Idk, any advice?
