6ft 2 Down 40kg in 4 years. Working out and making sure im there for my kids. Yesterday was a big milestone under 100kg for the first time since being 21. The before photo was me at 28 140kg and the after is me at 32 99.8kg aim is for 90kg eventually! But I feel good move good and feel so much more confident
