Is this an affair or am I overreacting?
My bf of 9+ years (we have lived together for 6+ years, both 47 yo) is (imo) pursuing a connection with a woman he used to interest with at his previous job. He is dropping by her office and taking her coffee, lunch, etc. He’s never mentioned her and I only know this is happening bc I’ve seen messages on his phone. I desperately don’t want to blow up my life with him, but my gut feels sick about what looks to me like he is actively pursuing someone else. What do I do?
