I cannot think of the movie/actress for the life of me, but I feel like it was some sort of expedition or this woman was leading a team. In my memory, she’s about 50-60, has blonde hair in a bun, with bangs, is wearing a white tank top, tan pants and hiking boots, and has some sort of gun/knife holster on her leg. I feel like at some point she gets injured.

I’m re-reading the southern reach series, and keep picturing the psychologist like this, but it was not the actress from the movie.
