My merch order comes with no light stick and free sticker

I ordered merch like a month ago and it finally arrived today. Right after I opened I noticed that there was no light stick....and free sticker. 1st pic is everything what I got. TBH free sticker is okay but bro why no light stick...plz give my money back it was for my friend🥲 I need to contact but what's the best email address to contact this about? I emailed them about shipping but no answer so I need to know exact email....
