Answer Submission Incomplete

After my APUSH test ended yesterday, instead of the congratulations screen, I got a popup saying my answer submission was incomplete. I followed all the troubleshooting steps but none of them worked, so my coordinator filed an incident report. Collegeboard customer support useless as expected.

On the website it says that after 3 days the test auto-submits, so what should I do? Did anyone resolve a similar issue?
