Don’t feel ready for spring load promotion

Has anyone else made it to 50 classes (I am at 56) and not felt fully ready to increase your spring load? I am able to be at the 50+ spring load for most leg exercises and obliques/extensions on the black side, but anything else I feel like I lose my form and am not able to effectively do the exercise at the 50+ spring load. For arms, I know I have weaker arms (as well as hyperextended elbows/wrists which is a whole separate issue) so I usually pick the modified spring load.

Wanted to see if there was anyone else in my boat! Hoping that with more classes I will feel comfy increasing the spring load for more exercises.
