Is anybody else seeing the "Website temporarily unavailable" when they try and update a parcels delivery options??

Royal Mail for all their money have a very poor setup. This issue has dragged for the last few hours and no news from them nor no change with the website.

I have packages to redirect for tomorrow due to work and I can imagine they will be just sat on the doorstep for the duration of the day if this issue isn't resolved soon!?
