I live overseas for a few years and have been banking with Wells fargo for over 10yrs. My card is damaged and asked for a new one. They did it about 2 years ago, but now they won't. I gave them a US phone number and told me that it's not good, even though I been getting texts from wells fargo. Is there some new policy to stop clients in getting a new card overseas? They know I work and live overseas for years at a time. Just find it frustrating they won't help me.
