What’s your takeaway from my most recent results?

Just received my latest results. I’m 54, active, I eat healthy, not overweight. I do have a CAC scan taking place in the 26th.. Side note: I am on TRT treatment.

CAC Scans. Safe or not safe?

Are Coronary artery calcium (CAC) scans considered safe? I requested one but I want to make sure that they don’t blow you up with too much radiation.

High LDL. What do I do?

I’m a 54 yr old male. I’m in good health. Not overweight and exercise regularly. 4-5 days /week. I eat healthy, drink maybe 2-3 drinks/week. Since my 30’s my cholesterol has been high. That’s when it started creeping up. No matter what I try to do my LDL stays high. I take supplements everyday. CoQ10, omega pills, bergamot, among other supplements. I don’t know what else to do. I don’t want to take statins. Any ideas on how to drop this number?
