Hello! Im new to this subreddit and was combing through some of the posts. For reference im 36 going on 37 5'6" 275. have two kids one being almost two. I had really bad hypertension in the last pregnancy. Since that pregnancy i feel like everything is out of wack. My hormones and ths hormones were normal but my cholestorl and triglicerides and vit d are all out of wack. I dont have PCOS or Endo, normal spaced periods but they are heavy and i had sugery to get my tubes taken. Despite my efforts to eat well and include exercise i dont lose weight. Besides labs and other markers (fatigue, excessive belly fat, and skin tags) nothing helps. I've been researching the Myo-insotol supplements and berberine but unsure of starting them. What do you recommend plus anecdotes cause i've seen some people gain weight on these supplements and thats the opposite of what i want.
