got an unauthorized transaction

i bought smth from grab food yesterday and it was paid naman, but today (may 16) i got another transaction with the same amount when i did not buy anything from grab.

i want to file a dispute but i’m not willing to pay 250 pesos dahil less than 200 lang yung amount. ://

any thoughts? should i file a dispute regardless?
