What would a sword made from Shirou's origin be capable of?

Bullets and arrows made from Shirou's Origin are capable of sprouting swords in the targets body when they use magic so what a sword do? Would it excel in everything a sword is supposed to do?

Was Shirou always going to be involved with the Holy Grail War even if he didn't accidentally stumble into it? And if so what are the alternative ways for him to get involved?

Illya wouldn't allow him to be ignorant of the war and accidentally skip it no matter what and he might still accidentally summon a servant during magic practice but what are the situations that could still get him involved aside from the canon one?

If Illya and Shirou where raised as siblings would Shirou have the same responsibilities as Angelica Ainsworth did?

What would happen if Illya summoned Saber?

Let's say the Einzeberns got pieces of Caliburn as a catalyst and summoned Artoria as a result. Artoria doesn't exactly have the best opinion of kiritsugu and Illya is most likely going to make that perspective worse though she might insist Illya expresses her grievances with Shirou verbally before she decides to torture him.

When did Archer transition from a swordsman to archer?

Archer did come from an Artoria route timeline (One where he didn't get the girl) and presumably after that he went to Clock Tower with Rin to hone his magecraft and the Noble Phantasms he had available to him where Caliburn, Kansho and Byakuya, Gae Bolg, Rule Breaker and whatever weapons he scanned from Gilgemesh plus other servant weapons like Hercules stone sword and medusa's Chain spikes and whatever Mystic Codes he copied like the azoth dagger.

So what made him transition his fighting style to a long range despite his surplus of melee weapons? I am guessing it's a matter of speed, reach and talent seeing that Archer uses a European archery style despite being japanese he probably trained it at the Clock Tower (For proper combat rather than sport) and it doesn't help that most magus fights are long range while his goto Noble Phantasms Kansho and Byakuya (Cheap but still strong) are also projectiles.

His magecraft is very prana efficient seeing that rapid fire projecting Mystic Code Arrows (Seeing how explosive they are) is still very efficient. I am guessing that shooting arrows is just plain faster than running towards his opponent and his also give's him wider reach in regards to contributing to any conflict.

You know shirou can be used as a catalyst for a surprising amount servants.

While he has Avalon he can be used to summon Artoria, Richard, Morgan, Merlin and any number of people from Arthurian legend and without Avalon he can summon not only Archer and Assassin EMIYA but also Muramasa never mind the fact with or without Avalon he's probably going to summon a saber servant for as long as it's available (on account of his Origin and attribute) dude is a very versatile catalyst.

If Archer could start over his life at Fuyuki Fire what changes would he make?

I imagine he would make plans to make sure illya lives a full life instead of dying prematurely (Hell if he's willing to show off his projection magic to kiritsugi he could give him the tools necessary to save her) since not being able to save her was a regret of his. Would he prevent Rin from summoning him by giving her a different catalyst? Would he still summon Artoria or would try to summon a different servant that could help him accomplish his goals regarding the fifth war?

Rin summons Shirou as a Demi-Servant (The Grail was being both lazy and spiteful) of Counter Guardian EMIYA.

Gray could also be involved in this particular situation (alongside Waver with either being Saber's master) to help Shirou cope with having his sense of self affected by the assimilation of a dead hero. Archer EMIYA is a very confusing hero even if you had free access to his capabilities and memories and Shirou himself be more forthcoming with what he's capable of and his memories (Which are mostly going to be various CG missions in different timelines to add to the confusion) would give something for him and Rin to figure out.

It would also enable him to recognize Illya when he see's her and I have a feeling that being a Demi-Servant is going to exacerbate her possessiveness.

How would Rin and Sakura feel if Illya decided to infiltrate the Emiya household using the "I'm your long lost sister" excuse?

It would look like Illya's getting a civilian involved in the world of magecraft from their perspective and Sakura would probably find the way she's monopolizing shirou's attention a bit grating.

Edit: Taking place a few weeks before the 5th holy Grail war.

Illya and Shirou end up summoning the servant versions of their parents.

Have it be a situation where Illya ends up summoning her mother and she convinces her to talk things out with Emiya before trying to murder him. Maybe they get along and start acting like a family and then shirou ends up summoning Assassin EMIYA because all the other options like artoria and Archer Emiya where already summoned.

Assassin suddenly finds himself having a sudden family and every other Grail War participants coming to grips with the weird servant dynamics they might have. (Especially for Rin and Sakura).

If Saber Artoria is already summoned what type of heroic spirit is shirou going to summon.

Like in a situation where gray is a master and ends up summoning saber despite her best efforts or a fourth vs fifth war masters story where saber was already summoned way before the war started. Would Shirou summon Richard the lionheart (the other owner of Avalon), saber lily the other members of the round table?

Edit: let's say gray or waver replaced Casters OG master.
