URGENT...Seeking Information Regarding the Mysterious Death of My Close Friend Ishaan – Need Help from Local Students/Classmates

This is an urgent issue and would like you to help. The person in the picture is Mr Ishaanpon Manikandan pursuing his masters in Electronics Engineering at Polimi.
He last spoke to his parents on 27th sept and they haven’t heard from him since.
He has mentioned about shifting to a new place and no update about it.
We recently received information from the embassy stating that "Ishaan is no more." However, we have not received any clear information regarding the circumstances of his death or what exactly happened to him.
His parents, family members, and friends are completely heartbroken and desperately seeking answers. We are struggling to understand what happened to someone who was so close to us.
We urgently need help from anyone who might have information about this incident.
If there are any local college students, classmates, university contacts, or people who knew Ishaan, please reach out. We would be extremely grateful if someone could help us contact the college authorities or local police to understand the circumstances and obtain verified information.
