Uber from Atlanta airport to Bama

Have any of you ever taken an uber from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta international airport to campus? that’s my plan right now since i’m flying there due to it being the cheapest closest flight to campus from my home country. how easy would it be to find an uber with a destination that far away?

URGENT: MISSING BAMA BOUND

Hey everyone, I’m an incoming international student at UA and there’s a small chance I might not make it to my Bama Bound orientation on August 13th. My visa got approved but I still haven’t gotten my passport back, they’re telling me the soonest is August 10th, but it could slip a few days later, which means I might not actually land until the 14th. I know orientation is when you enroll in classes, so I’m kind of stressing about what happens if I miss it. Has anyone dealt with this before? Is it possible to do orientation virtually or register for classes remotely if you can’t make it in time for visa reasons? Any advice on who to contact or what to expect would be super helpful.

Help Me Expedite Visa

From Tashkent Uzbekistan, applying for F1 Visa

Hey so basically i’ve been studying at a private boarding high school (21,000$ per year) from 9-12 grade, graduated this May. I got into a university ranked top 250 in america with a 28,000$ scholarship, only need to pay another 22,000$ including Board+Tuition+Food. My dad is my sponsor and can make 6,500$ monthly in a country with a COA of around 500$ a month so we are well set. I went in a week ago with an expedited appointment and got rejected, the interviewer asked me 3 questions total which is: “did you finish high school there”, “where does your dad work” and “how much does your dad make” and rejected me. So i reapplied and i got scheduled for September 23rd but my school starts on august 13th. I tried to expedite it again and they give me an answer that hinted at the fact they can’t expedite it again since it’s a one time thing. What can I do? i’m very worried right now since I can’t stay in my home country due to the education being horrible here.

Jobs for 16 Year Olds

Hey everyone so basically i’m fluent in english and Uzbek, know a little bit of Russian and I want to get a job here in Uzbekistan while I’m on summer break. What are some decent paying jobs that i can work at? Only for summer break tho since i have to go back to the US to continue my education. Preferably max 5-6 hours a day with at least 1-2 days off. Salary expectations are hopefully around 700+. I’m down for anything.
