Middle management giving up

Any advice, books to read, podcasts etc with work motivation you'd suggest?

Ive been in my field 15 years, Im a middle manager for my company in a very safe industry and a very strong union (takes a LOT to fire someone.) I have about 10-15 years until I can retire.

I cant switch companies without taking a huge pay cut. Im that guy that people complain about that "works too hard" or is "always here." It's opened doors for me, like two good promotions, manager of the year awards, etc. However it's also clear as day that people that put in zero effort are almost in the same spot as me.

Im officially burnt out, and giving up on anything in my company ever improving.

Ive been using a lot more of my PTO, and giving up multiple projects explaining my plate is too full. Only reason I really go into work is to make sure my team (about 24 people) have what they need. Im blessed with an awesome team, genuinely good people, and I dont want my negative attitude spreading to them.

Any tips to get back on track?
