I am 7wks today.. I have been trying to quit smoking since I found out I was pregnant. I was only smoking 7-8 cigarettes a day, but throughout the day I was substituting with pouches. My Dr put me on patches and they have not been working. I still take 2 or 3 hits off of a cigarette a few times a day. I feel so awful for putting my baby through this but I am struggling so bad. I’ve been smoking for 15 years. And I have cut down A LOT. 4 years ago I was at about a pack and a half a day. I am in no way trying to justify my smoking habits while being pregnant. I am trying so damn hard to quit. Any kind advice would be helpful..
