Are anyone’s aura symptoms more debilitating than the pain component?

Pressure in head, pins and needles in my face, synesthesia, misspelling, can’t do excel stuff at work, weird visuals, no focus, poor memory, no tolerance for light or screens. Can’t do my job properly, I’m in school and can’t do my assignments, cant exercise, can’t play music, mix up the month/year, can’t do maths, feel exhausted and very very down for days

This is my 7th migraine since my first last June and I’m pretty distraught because nothing seems to help the aura or prodome which is ruining my life and every time I worry there’s something else happening.

Does anything help anyone else’s aura?!?!

Recommendations of a reliable place to get an engagement ring resized in Vancouver?

Hello!

Anybody have a recommendation of a reputable jeweller in Downtown Vancouver to resize an engagement ring? To be made slightly smaller.

Thanks!

For those whose endo has been confirmed via a laparoscopy when ultrasound/MRIs have been clear - please help me!

Hello!

Have any of you been told if your ultrasounds and MRIs come back clear, then you likely don't have endo? Even if you still hallucinate, pass out and vomit almost every month from the pain? I feel like it's all in my head and I'm going crazy sometimes because none of my female friends go through anything this severe. I have a family history of endometriosis.

I am yet to receive a formal diagnosis after many, many years of advocating for myself and desperately asking to be referred to a gynecologist. (I have been on a waiting list for a gyny for one year now)
My history started with irregular heavy periods then amenorrhea for almost two years with one or two extremely heavy ones. Whenever I had a period, the pain was so severe, I would black out and sometimes vomit or faint. The pain radiates down from my loins and rectum through my inner thighs to my legs and I sometimes hallucinate from the pain. This is usually coupled with chills/fevery sweats and always bowel problems and pain.
I occasionally have intense pain during intercourse (but not often thank god)

The story is always the same, seeing multiple doctors who inevitably push you into going on one form of hormonal birth control or another (I tried it all, pills, IUDS, and had to come off of it because progesterone simply does not work for me unfortunately), I have been referred for probably 10 ultrasounds and 2 MRIs in my life and have had some cysts come and go over the years.

I feel almost shamed for not being on birth control, and that these symptoms are my fault because I refuse to go on it again. I manage pain with a combination of ibuprofen, acetaminophen and codeine but inevitably have to miss work one or two days every one or two months.

Is anyone's story the same? Did you eventually get diagnosed via a laparoscopy? Even after your MRI/US was clear? Please help!

Biggest myth you've busted regarding endo and what are your favourite sites and sources of information for endo?

Aside from being told that debilitating period pain is normal, the biggest ones I've heard are that you don't have endo if your ultrasound or MRI comes back clear, birth control is the answer, endo will always affect fertility but pregnancy is a cure (or the best symptom manager)
In your dream scenario, what resources and information do you wish had been available for you when you started your journey?

Canvas printing in Vancouver?

Hi,
I'm going between Staples, London Drugs and Graphic Zoo for printing an artwork/sign onto a canvas (that can either be pre-stretched or I'll stretch it myself)
Do y'all have any recommendations for favourite printing shops here in Vancouver?

I've studied for a while, completed several test exams and passed them but I worry in the real thing (tomorrow), I will be caught out by a series of bizarre trick questions. AIO? Have you seen anything unexpected on your paper?
