Asking for help for my friend Dakota who's being medically neglected.

Hello,
I am asking for help for my friend Dakota who lives in Ottawa. She is chronically ill with multiple health conditions. She was diagnosed with gastroparesis last year and can eat NOTHING. The only thing her health team is doing is treating emergency symptoms. Because of the malnutrition, she has developed several other issues such as: malnutrition hypoglycemia and liver issues. A few nights ago she was admitted into the ICU with a blood sugar of 1 that was resistant to treatment. She had a seizure and was very close to slipping into a coma. They were giving her every transfusion they could think of because her blood work was so fucked. Once they stabilized her, they sent her home despite previously saying they would place a feeding tube. Next week, her family doctor is going to place a feeding tube but there was still some resistance to it because of the risk of GI bleeding. I need some advice. Is there any GI doctors you would recommend that have a history of treating severe gastroparesis and placing feeding tubes?
She was in sick kids care before they suddenly dropped her because she's "too old" despite not even being 18 yet. They dropped a chronically ill 17-year old who's health issues have not stabilized yet. Literally asking her to die. She had been consistently deteriorating and I would be damned if I let my friend die from medical neglect. What do we do???? They are literally letting her starve to death.
