how to get a refund on a cancelled concert
hi everyone! i preordered a ticket to Anette's concert in Istanbul and as you can see it was cancelled during the final confirmation of tour schedule.
i tried to contact Estética Torta about the refund by email and on instagram but they haven't answered me. is there anything else i can do to get my money back?
