How to remove the wrinkles
So I had just bought this blazer at a mall a few hours ago, and when I came back home, I saw this on the sleeve. I've tried steaming and spraying the areas with water before covering it with a soft cloth and ironing. It doesn't seem to be fused with the underlining. What else should I do to remove this??
Edit: The sales person had folded this and placed in a sealable plastic bag when I purchased it. It says it's 100% polyester
