I have gotten these bites a couple times, but I’ve always been suspicious I may have bedbugs. This is really embarrassing to post but I’m wondering if it might be true?

I’ve woken up a couple times with these bites, but every time I check my bed for bugs I can’t see anything. If anyone could help me out, please do. I’m nervous to tell my parents if it turns out to be bedbugs.
They are itchy and red.
