Female. 26. History of thyroid issues, nothing else significant. Only on birth control, no other medication. I’ve had these rashes on and off for some time now but they always seemed to go away quickly until recently. For the past few months they’ve been bothering me extremely bad. They itch uncontrollably and hurt to the point it will wake me from sleep. Hydrocortisone cream is what I was recommended before and it does not help. I assumed it was something like contact dermatitis from my clinical strength deodorant so I stopped using that and switched to something fragrance free and more natural, I use a clean razor and cream to shave every few days, I use a gentle cleanser, I use unscented lotion and they persist just as bad. I am waiting on a doctors appt to address it in a few weeks, but I’m curious what people think it could be. I’m dying for a treatment that actually works. both armpits are like this with raised red areas that look dry and stretched.
