My acne seems totally untreatable andd very severe, tried tetracycline, lymecycline, isotretinoin, tretinoin cream,adapalene, benzoyl peroxide and a lot of other meds for years but nothing helped.

I also use a lot of nicotine pouches eveyday and i heard it slows down healing and raises cortisol levels. I am not sure if it causes it but i want to quit if it does. Does anybody know anything about this?
