We see each other every day, and when he passes me, he always nods his head. I’ve noticed that he positions himself in a spot where we can see each other. Whenever I need help, he’s the first to come. He also reassures me whenever I feel like I’ve messed up the machine. He sets up the machines, and I operate them. I don’t know if he’s shy, but I’m sure I am. Also, notice that he bites his lips whenever he sees me. At first when I’ll catch him looking he’ll quickly look away. Now he just continue looking and I’m the one to look away. I notice sometimes he’ll get nervous, and start doing random things. Same as I when I’m nervous. But I’ve been the one to initiate our convos so far.

We are both men btw, any advice? What should I say/ or do
