GM is running a racket with OnStar

I do not own or have never owned OnStar. When I left today it told me it had an update and began to auto install it. I go to the gym, come back out and it’s still stuck on update. My infotainment system is completely unusable, backup camera doesn’t work, can’t shut it off.

I call OnStar who tells me that I need to take it to a dealer and the dealer tells me it will be $200 to fix a software update for software I don’t even pay for! This is crazy.

When creating a resume, should I be adding specific tool names? Ive always kept it fairly generic with descriptions, but I’ve now work with so many different EDRs and SIEMs that it may be worth to name it now.
