The mono-horned territorial desert wyvern, Monoblos, faces the electrically charged crocodilian leviathan, Lagiacrus. The horn is dangerous, but is it a lightning rod?

The murderous ice-breathed bear, Goss Harag, takes on the easily agitated lightning gorilla, Rajang. Easily the best I've ever drawn either monster.

The jet dragon faces off against the spiky elder-dragon predator. Both are great monsters with fun and, at times, challenging fights.

The fully grown emperor dragon, Safi'Jiva, faces off against the massive sulfur and black-powder-devouring dragon Gogmazios.

Two titans of both size and power.

The queen of the paralytic pests faces off against the sumo turtle duck! Another monster locked in the MHFU days I'd love to see return is the Queen of the Vespoids. Tetranadon is cool too, though!

The whale-like Leviathan faces off against the charred-black, lava-dwelling flying wyvern, Black Gravios. Beams of fire and water will clash in this epic battle between titans.

The horned ruler of the sea Vs the false hydra of bones! This is a fight between two large and powerful monsters who are the respective bosses of their games.

The 3 early fire bird wyverns. Yian Kut-Ku is the first-gen and iconic first flying wyvern many people fought. Qurupeco is the 3rd-gen fire starter that iconically calls for help. Finally, Aknosom is the umbrella-like bird that uses its wing and crest like a shield.

The poisonous, rubbery-hide flying wyvern Gypcerous faces the electrical, ambush cave-dwelling predator flying wyvern Khezu. Both are Gen 1 monsters that live in some overlapping environments.

The wild tiger T-Rex Vs the spiky, hyper, flesh-eating dog. This was a fun match-up to discuss, as they are both frantic, aggressive balls of claws and teeth.

The dapper iron will of the Swords of Justice Pokémon. I haven't had a lot of experience with this Pokémon, but even just doing the art for it gave me an appreciation for its design.

The fighting Pokémon. Modeled after different fighting techniques, they are fierce competitors. They technically are not part of the same evolutionary line as I usually do in my pieces, but they are related enough that I put them together.

The electric flying squirrel. There have been many Pikachu clones, some good, some OK; this is one of the good ones, I think.

The grass bugs that sew leaves onto themselves like clothes. I started with Leavanny's pose and made the story from there. I'm pretty proud of today's piece, of Sewaddle showing off standing to a very proud mom and sibling not amused.

This one was a monumental task for me lol, I didn't realize it had 3 forms... Anyway, this legendary Pokémon isn't one I've used, but I have seen it around in the community.

The genie of the sky and wind. I like his design, especially the colorations. Green and purple are my absolute favorite colors! Once again, I'm not super familiar with this Pokémon, but I do see a lot of it around.

The tusked dragon types. I like their fun designs and how ready they are to throw down. I always love seeing these guys again in later games.

The cute cactus Pokémon. I didn't intend to make the Charlie Day conspiracy meme pose, but it just kind of worked out that way.

The ghostly Pokémon depicting their departed faces. Since they have such dark backstories, I wanted to make them more friendly, like waving hi to a friend.

The knight that becomes a ninja bug. I haven't used them yet despite my bug trainer tendencies, but I will someday.
