I'm around the 4 month mark without porn and stopped masturbating accordingly. I'm single again and sex is few and far between. My question is: Do I ever start masturbating again? That is natural masturbating without porn. I don't intend to soon because I don't want to risk a porn relapse, but wonder if it is completely off the cards in future.
The problem is I am getting very horny more often lately. But, my sexual confidence that I have turned into a one minute man has stopped me from pursuing sex. Stuck between a rock and a hard place.
