for context i have downloaded all necessesary files onto a microsd card and put it in switch, i used the rcm thing to enter rcm and have injected the payload onto the switch but nothing is showing up like it apparently should. did i do something wrong??

I'm following a tutorial for modding my unpatched switch and i have followed all of its steps up until "place the sd card BACK in the switch" but i havent ever put my sd card into my switch so im worried that something might be wrong and I'll be console banned. Is the only way to check to have someone else who has used the same method to check it? Also after looking at the next step it mentions a rcm jig (which i dont have) which was never mentioned in the prerequisites for it so is it just a bad guide? thanks!

Every time that I go onto my squad battles to claim this weeks rewards it always says "rewards are currently unavaliable. Please try again later" so I would like to know whether this is just a thing for everyone and no one can claim rewards or if its a bug that can be solved.
