Could I use odyssey for mental health as I do with original tsuki?
So, I am dealing with "depression rooms". I found that attaching a task to something I already do can help me get things done. For example when I check on tsuki and he is brooming his tree house, I do 5 min of cleaning. Tsuki in cemetery, I walk around block ( depression can lead to "caving" to the point of vit d deficiency). I like that I can just check in when I feel capable of doing something and that by following tsukis activities I don't have to think much and get into anxiety based " thinkloops".
I now noticed there are other tsuki games and I wonder how different they are, especially considering that I use them to activate myself with mini tasks, as a person recovering from depression.
