I'm starting to interview. What questions should I ask a recruiter during a 15 minute screen?

I have been buying 2-3 unit properties with low down payment, living a year then turning it into a rental and getting a new one.

I have no DTI or cash reserve issues. How many properties can I reach before lenders stop giving me the owner occupied loan?

I'm trying to get back to being OE. I have frozen TWN, but there's another service called Truework. Does Truework only verify your listed job or all jobs like TWN?

I just submitted an expedited OPT application. I'm not from one of the 39 countries but I'm graduating in a couple weeks.

Am I fine?

What's the best free service to report eviction judgement to tenant's credit report?

I know I won't see a dime. I just want a free way to report it to their credit bureau after all the stuff they put me through. They 99.99 percent won't care but I want to.
