I have been waiting 2 weeks now for my first shipment. I finally got it today, it was not left outside or in the sun (after delivery) I brought it straight inside. The ICE PACK was at 84 degrees, the vials are hot to the touch. I'm so disappointed. I'll definitely be switching to another provider. They are trying to have me contact the pharmacy even though I have paid gimme and believe they should be fixing the issue, and contacting the pharmacy. I'm a customer of gimme not the pharmacy.

I would not recommend them. I'll be switching and paying a little more to get usable vials and customer service.
