Is there a lore reason for this?

Why is Pablo perched on Outis's head? Usually he sticks with Gregor, and I can't recall any other time he has gone to someone else. Considering he's meant to be Greg's companion (as he is with him in nearly every mirror world) this feels very confusing, and is too odd to just be written off as an easter egg. All in the middle of an argument between them no less. Does this allude to something or is it really just meant to be random?

Edit: i did not realize the potential of OutGreg until now

Context: As the title says, a whale took my leg while i was out at sea. It pissed me off so damn much. I know I shouldn't let this get to me but it's REALLY getting to me.

I'm thinking about assembling a crew to take it down. You might say "oh it's just an animal" but I KNOW it did that shit on purpose. I could see it on its face. The glee behind its eyes. The malicious grin that makes up its mouth. I wanna get back at it so much. That fucker is all evil personified. I HATE THIS THING. I WANT TO KILL IT SO DAMN BAD.
