Matrix Crosstrainer calorie accuracy for a 152kg male?

Hey everyone,

I’m a 36 year old male, 5.11 tall, and currently weigh 152 kg I just did 55 minutes on the Matrix cross trainer at Basic-Fit, Netherlands.

My speed was 4.5, and the machine screen showed I burned exactly 500 calories. However, I didn’t enter my weight into the machine before starting.

Since I am carrying a lot of weight, shouldn't my actual calorie burn be much higher than 500? What would a more accurate estimate be for someone of my size doing 55 minutes of steady cardio?

i use level 9 on crosstrainer. my goal is to reach 80 kilos in 1 year, and i go gym 7 days a week. '

i am very active at the gym for two hours without any injuries. I'm just curious what the approximate calorie is; I'm sometimes confused. with machine

my english is not the best, sorry.

I did enter weight info sorry for confused

only part I did not put was height that's it
