Do you know anyone who's working from home less than the official 40% policy guidance?
A person in my department, DFC, was only working 1 day a week in the office due to childcare for the last couple of years.
They've now been told they have to do 2 days in the office like everyone else and childcare is your own lookout.
It seems the entitlement factor is of the scale.
How often do you see bios like this?
Just got thinking. With the cost of living, low wage increases and ever increasing drink prices.
What's your limit when you'll decide "fuck it, they're ripping the arse out of it?

Have had a few mates giving off recently about how often they get ghosted by women from tinder etc.
All different scenarios, chatting on the app. Progressing to WhatsApp/Snapchat. Even arranged the date and on the day of it.
But the same outcome - they get ghosted.
How often has it happened you and have you noticed any sort of pattern to it?
