Terrible grinding sound with clutch engaged!

- Happens only entering/in gear with clutch engaged
- Noise persists in neutral after returning from a gear selection until clutch is released (as seen in video)
- No sound when I engage clutch from neutral
- No sound with clutch disengaged in any gear
- Sound changes / gets a little better as I let out the clutch in gear (i.e. as i get moving). Further out the better.
- Happens in all gears including reverse
- Feel the noise very clearly in the shifter
- Opaque gray clutch fluid. Adequate level though.

Used to only happen on long drives, and then went away. Now always happen even when car is cold

What could this be? Ruled out throwout bearing as this does not occur in neutral at all. I'm also at school and have a four hour drive home to make this weekend. Am i cooked or can I make it by clutchless shifting as much as I can?

Thanks
