Delhi folks — would you actually go to a fried chicken place that's also a hangout/events space? Honest opinions wanted

Not promoting anything — planning to open a place in South Delhi (Saket–Champa Gali side) and would rather hear the harsh truth from this sub now than after I've spent my savings.

The concept: proper broasted chicken (pressure-fried — the Middle East style- think Al Baik, Chick-Fil-A, crispier and juicier than the big chains) in a large space that's designed as more than a restaurant. Open kitchen where you see the chicken being made, a proper lounge area to sit for hours, a game corner with an arcade cabinet and PlayStation, and the space converts into a venue for open mics, screenings, and private/office events. Priced below KFC for the food, café-style drinks and desserts alongside.

What I want to know:

1.Does "chicken joint + hangout + games + events" sound like a place you'd go to, or does it sound confused? Be blunt.

2.Would you travel to the Saket/Champa Gali belt for it? From where?

3.Weekday evenings — realistically, would you come, or is this a weekend-only spot?

4.What's a fair price per person for chicken + a drink at a place like this?

5.What's the one thing that would make you pick it over the usual spots — and the one thing that would make you never come back?

If the answer is "this is a terrible idea," say so and tell me why. That's genuinely more useful to me than upvotes.
