Has anyone had gone through the home improvement/construction loan? How long did it take before the initial loan proceeds was released in your experience? Ang sabi kasi sa amin ay 7-10 workings days raw, and I wanted to ask if may mga cases ba hindi nila yun nameet? Or was it common for them na di yun masunod?

I was wondering if I really have to add all info in regards to my current CC and Loans when applying for Home Construction/Improvement Loan Application in Pag-IBIG?
For additional context, I do have a couple of CC and PL under my name. I really need this loan to continue my construction and possibly settle some of my dues. Will this affect my application? Before applying I've read na sa iba, it doesnt matter. Do they just opt that out in the forms or under disclose? Will that show in any CI?
