247 —> 297 (first time retaker) F26

Just wanted to share the news I’m beyond ecstatic and just wanted to let everyone know no matter what attempt you are on that it is possible and the things you see people telling you what you should and shouldn’t do aren’t always one size fits all

Firstly, I worked w a tutor this time around where I didn’t the first time

I did over 2000 adaptibar questions and was seeing a lot of the same questions, which I was told wasn’t effective but when I walked in on exam day the questions looked just like adaptibar

I wrote a good amount of essays but only for about two weeks and mainly just read sample essays and answers (70% of the time w a friend who was also retaking)

And only watched Jonathan Grossman no repeat of barbri (barbri came in clutch for practicing with graded essays and reading thru the MEE topic outlines)

but with Grossman AND most importantly with adaptibar i would write the topics / lessons for each answer whether wrong or not entirely sure how it was right on a flashcard, often wouldn’t have to read it again but the act of writing after awhile was very effective

Posted this a year and a half ago … crazy how times have changed

https://www.reddit.com/r/NBATalk/s/UtIWRaU3bv

In 2024 booker was the near consensus number one pick; Brunson or Butler was 2; Jamal Murray was questioned as to why he was even on here

Today…Brunsons clearly 1, Jamal Murray is 2, bookers 3 imo

Butler had a great career and is one of my favorite players of the last ten years but due to age and injury he’s fallen off since going to golden state
